2004 Metals Catalog Release
Our 2004 Metals Catalog will be mailed the second week in January. Expect to
receive your copy within two weeks of the mailing date. This edition includes
many new items such as earring dangle findings, fancy sterling bead shapes,
stringing materials and much more. Also look for reduced prices on our letter
cube series and quantity purchases of our sterling rounds and rondells.

New Computer System
We will be installing a new company-wide computer system in March and April of this year.
This project has been in development for over a year. We are very confident in our choice
of software and our implementation plan. However, please be patient with our staff as we
all learn an entirely new system and work out the initial kinks during the first couple of
weeks of operation. Once the system is in place we should be able to offer many service
improvements including more information on stock availability at the time of your order
and suggested substitutes for out of stock items.

Employee Updates
Welcome back to Cassidy. Cassidy is returning to work in order picking after her maternity leave.
Her new baby girl is doing great and growing very fast!
Welcome to our new employees. Liz is joining our team as our new General Manager.
She brings extensive management experience to the job. We are thrilled to welcome her aboard.
We also welcome Matt to our Warehouse Team. We were so impressed with Matt’s hard work and
skills as a holiday temp worker that we asked him to join us full-time. Kim will be starting
in January as a brand new operations employee. She brings a great deal of pick and pack
experience with her. We feel very lucky to have these new individuals join us. Best of luck
