New Building
We will begin moving offices into our new location this December. Our warehouse operations will move during
our holiday closing. So, when we re-open in January the company will be 100% moved. Please see our forum
for pictures of construction progress. We are all looking forward to having more breathing room and space
for more beads!
Forum Launch
We launched our new online discussion forum in September. We are getting more members and posts every day.
This forum is a tremendous opportunity to network and discuss topics related to your business. Moreover, it
gives our customers a direct line of communication to the top management at Halstead Bead. This is a great
forum for telling us what you want, what you dislike, and to ask us questions. We hope to meet you there.
Holiday Season
Please remember to expect some processing delays during the holiday season. From October through December
our volume dramatically increases and we cannot guarantee same day shipment. Please plan your purchasing
to allow a few extra days to be sure you get the goods you need on time.
We will be closing from December 22 through January 2 for our annual winter vacation. We will stop accepting
phone calls at 1:00pm local time on Tuesday, December 21 and will reopen at 8:00am on Monday, January 3.
Employee Updates
We recently said a sad farewell to our Graphic Designer, Mindi. She is going back to school to study
veterinary sciences. Thank you for everything, Mindi!
Welcome to our new staff members! Dina replaced Mindi as our Graphic Designer in September. Rich
joined us in August as our new Warehouse Manager. We also extend a warm welcome to Amanda in Operations
as well as Angela & Michelle in Customer Service. Last, but not least, Molly the St. Bernard puppy
joined our team of guard dogs just this week. All of our new, and not so new, employees are pictured
in the About Us section of the website.
