Swarovski Trademark Violations There has been a lot of chatter in the internet forums and on E-bay regarding the Swarovski trademark protection initiative. Please be aware that Swarovski is pursuing legal action against those who use any Swarovski logos or the term “Swarovski jewelry” without written permission. Jewelry designers are advised to describe their goods as “made with Swarovski components” instead. Please see the discussion thread on our new forum for more details. Tucson Gem Show The Tucson Gem Show is fast approaching! Even though the show is not until February, hotels fill up fast. If you plan to attend, please remember to reserve your room(s) by November. The Gem Show is a phenomenal event. If you have never attended, it is the show we most highly recommend. It is many times larger than any other show in the nation.
