Photo Drive We believe it improves service to put a face with each name and think of customers as individuals instead of account names and numbers; therefore, we will be launching a photo drive campaign in 2005 for our Halstead Family Photo Wall. We would like to build a collection of photos of our entire Halstead Bead Family, which starts with our many devoted customers around the globe. We invite you to send us photos of yourself, your staff and/or your store to hang in our Customer Service Department. Our staff is very excited to see you at last! Remember that you can always view our most current staff pictures in the "About Us" section of our website. Please send all photos with your business name and/or account number to: 6650 Intercal Way; Prescott, AZ 86301. New Shopping Cart We are installing our new proprietary shopping cart system this quarter. We will no longer be using the third party product we have had for many years. This is welcome news given the cumbersome nature of the old program. Please be patient with us while we switch systems as seamlessly as possible. The end result should be much more clear and efficient shopping cart processing. Employee News We said a sad goodbye to Erin in customer service after the holidays. She is going back to school full-time for a new career in web design. Millie in operations also moved to Phoenix to pursue a new career path. We wish them both the best of luck in all they do. We also welcome our new employees this quarter. Kathy joined us over the holidays as a member of our warehouse and inventory team. Ted and Bonnie also recently joined our operations group. We feel very lucky to have such a great staff on board right now. Our entire team is a wonderful group of hard-working people. Thanks to everyone!
