Record-Breaking Error Reduction
We have been working very hard to cut down on internal mistakes at Halstead Bead. Hopefully,
you have never had an error on one of your orders; but, they do occur from time to time.
However, we are proud to announce that last quarter was our most accurate quarter ever in the
history of Halstead Bead.

We are very proud of our staff for working so hard to achieve
perfection. Last month we had a celebratory dinner to recognize this great milestone. We are
proud of our continuous efforts to improve service to our customers. We plan to just keep getting
better!

Glass Catalog
We apologize for the delay in our glass catalog release this year. We have large shipments
from the Czech Republic and China that we were hoping to include. However, the wait has been
too long. We have released the 2005 edition to press and will mail a supplement with the
additional new items some time in mid-autumn. The upcoming edition still has several hundred
new items included in the first printing. Thank you for your patience. We expect the catalogs
to be mailed at the end of this month.

Staff News
Welcome to our new staff members. We have been growing very fast again lately and we needed
more help! Our recent additions include Holly, Erica, and Greg in Operations as well as Mark
in Customer Service. Mark was hired as a Spanish-English, bilingual representative to serve
our rapidly expanding Latino clientele. We are proud to have each and every one of these new
recruits.
