Swarovski Price Reductions
We are pleased to announce price reductions of up to 20% on our most popular Swarovski
crystals! Due to customer feedback, we changed our pricing and packaging units for the
most popular beads in the Swarovski line effective February 1, 2006. Affected items are
listed below.
Moreover, we updated our top price break to be at the Swarovski package size unit so
that volume purchases will usually be fulfilled in original Swarovski packaging. The
highest price break is at the Swarovski package quantity instead of the 1000 piece break
we previously offered. Swarovski pack sizes are somewhat confusing since they vary with
shape and size. Please reference the chart below for affected stock numbers and the new
pack size quantity levels available for purchase. Please remember to order in multiples
of these pack sizes. Items that were sold in 10 and/or 100 piece packs will still be for
sale in those units as well. The website is already updated with new pricing and quantities.

Favorites Feature
You can now create your own personalized list of favorite Halstead Bead items for easy
online access. This feature requires that you login to our shopping cart. During checkout,
you can add items to your list by clicking "Add to Favorites" on the Order Review page.
You can access your favorites list any time by going to View Cart and clicking the
"Favorites" button at the bottom of the page.

Bestseller Feature
We have adapted our popular bestseller indication from our printed catalogs to our website.
You can now see the bestselling items in each product group on the segment header pages of
the website. The bestseller lists link directly to the search function so it is easy to add
them to your shopping cart.

Live Support
You may have already noticed the Live Support button on the website. Live Support is a
new customer service function that allows a web surfer to link directly with one of our
customer service representatives via a chat dialogue box. This service is available during
our normal business hours. It is a great tool if you have a question about an item you are
looking at online or if you need help finding something in particular. Via Live Support,
customer service can link you directly to the pages or items you are looking for. Try it

Our new business development grant is getting a lot of attention these days. Thousands of
