Heavy orders will be split into 70lb. packages. We will not ship packages over this weight for
the safety of our employees. Thank you for understanding.
Once packages leave our building, they are the responsibility of the shipping provider you choose.
Reimbursement for lost, damaged or late packages is at the discretion of the shipping company.
However, we fully insure all packages and will provide parcel insurers with necessary claim
information. We cannot ship replacements for lost merchandise without payment according to our
normal terms. If you request that a package be left on a doorstep without a signature you may
waive your declared value insurance coverage. Please arrange for delivery at a location with a
person present.
Unclaimed or return-to-sender parcels will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping charges.
FedEx – We recommend FedEx for all shipments. Packages can be tracked immediately and the company
is quick in responding to rare instances of misdirected or lost parcels. FedEx requires signature
confirmation on most shipments valued over $500.
Flat Rate FedEx Ground Shipping – We charge flat rates for FedEx Ground shipments within the
Continental USA that are less than 10 pounds. Please check online for current quotes by zip code.
Shipments over 10 pounds will be charged the FedEx list rate instead of flat rates.

Flat Rate FedEx Express Shipping – We also offer flat rates on 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day express
shipments within the Continental USA that are less than 3 pounds. Please check online for current
quotes by zip code. Shipments over 3 pounds will be charged the FedEx list rate instead of flat
rates. Express shipments are picked up at our building near 3:30pm MST. Please finalize your
order before noon for same day shipment.
US Mail - Since there is no tracking on US Mail packages we strongly recommend that you use FedEx
instead. Claims processing is extremely cumbersome. We reserve the right to require a signature
waiver document (
Mail Shipment Consent Form)
to send your package via US Mail. Mail is picked up in the morning. Orders placed
during the day will usually be shipped the following morning. Due to value insurance, FedEx is
almost always less expensive than USPS Priority.
