Argentium

Argentium is a sterling silver alloy that is 92.5% silver with the remaining content consisting of germanium and copper. Argentium is tarnish resistant and will maintain its silver shine for longer than standard sterling silver. You can combine fine silver, Argentium and sterling silver jewelry wire, sheet and bezel items to reach quantity break levels. Additional price breaks are available on silver mill product orders totaling between 25-50 ounces and over 50 ounces. Please see our printed catalog or inquire with customer service. Wire wrapping jewelers love our sterling silver jewelry wire by the ounce due to the beautiful finish and consistent temper. Most styles come in coils of approximately 9 inches in diameter. There is a 1/2 ounce minimum per style when silver markets are over $16.00. However, 28ga and 30ga wire always have a one ounce minimum. We may use pieces of 1/3 ounce or greater to fulfill your order. Please expect plus or minus 10% weight on orders over 1oz or plus or minus 0.10 ounces on 1/2 ounce orders since cutting wire coils is tough to pinpoint. Please contact customer service if you need your large wire order broken down into coils of one ounce. Additional service fees of $0.75 per cut will apply .
