2025 Halstead Showcase: Garden Party

Welcome to the first Halstead Showcase Kit! Challenge yourself and build community with other makers when you participate in this creative exercise. 

What: The Halstead Showcase Kit is a materials kit and creative exercise for jewelry makers. Use what you like from the kit and add other materials that inspire you. Make it a challenge to use as much of the kit as you can in a single jewelry piece! Jewelry artists need to stretch their creative muscles from time to time. It is helpful to step out of your usual routines and tackle something new. Plus, this is a fun way to connect with other makers around the globe through the showcase and social media.

Who: Anyone can participate! All you need is the kit and an idea. All are welcome whether you are a brand new hobbyist or a seasoned professional. It is fun to see the broad range of creativity that can come from the same starting materials.

When: Right now! Now through the end of 2025, purchase your kit and get making! Share your work whenever you are ready. Or, share your work-in-process as you sketch, fabricate, and solve problems.

Where: The showcase is happening online! Submit a photo of your completed piece via this Google Form. We'll collect images and add them to the gallery section of this blog. Our first round of showcase images will be released in October. Please submit your single best photo to share in the showcase.
